How does the poop scooping service work?
It’s simple! We come to your property on your scheduled service day, clean up all the pet waste, and dispose of it properly. You don’t need to be home—just ensure we have access to your yard!

Do you sanitize tools between yards?
Yes! We fully disinfect all tools and footwear between each visit to prevent the spread of bacteria, parasites, and germs. We use pet-safe, EPA-approved sanitizers to ensure everything stays clean and hygienic.
What happens if there’s bad weather?
If severe weather (storms, freezing conditions, etc.) makes cleanup impossible, we will:
- Try to reschedule for the next available day.
- If conditions don’t improve within 2 days we skip that service and come out next schedulked service date.
- We never charge extra for excess waste pickup due to weather delays.
Do you offer deodorizing services?
Absolutely! For just $10 per visit, we can deodorize your yard using a pet-safe, non-toxic spray that neutralizes odors and keeps your outdoor space fresh. We recommend this once per month for best results!
What happens if the waste is frozen or covered in snow?
We still do our best to scoop what we can! If some waste is stuck in ice, we’ll return during the next thaw to clean up anything left behind. During winter, regular cleanups help prevent excessive buildup and freezing.
What do you do with the waste?

You have two options! We can:
- Double-bag and place it in your trash bin (our most common method).
- Dispose of it off-site for an additional fee (charged by weight). Most homeowners prefer the convenience of their own trash bins.
How do I sign up?
Click the “Get a Free Quote” button on our website, enter your zip code, and choose a service plan. Once signed up, you’ll get access to your customer portal where you can manage everything easily.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! We are 100% contract-free. You can start, stop, or change your service anytime without penalties or commitments.

- We bill on the 1st of each month for the entire month’s service.
- Payments are made automatically through your credit/debit card or bank account.
- You can update payment info anytime in your customer portal.
What if I need to cancel or change my service?
You can pause, cancel, or adjust your service anytime through the customer portal or by reaching out to us directly. No fees, no hassle!
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes! We offer one-time poop scoop services—perfect for spring cleaning, moving, or after long winters. Pricing is based on yard size and pet waste volume.
What if I forget to unlock my gate?
We will send a courtesy message before arriving. If the gate is locked and we can’t access your yard, we’ll reschedule for the next service day.
Do you service commercial properties?
Yes! We offer waste removal for apartment complexes, dog parks, HOAs, and businesses. Contact us for a custom quote based on your needs.
